Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; 26 and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.
(John 11: 25-26)
Christ is risen!
Again we celebrate the miracle of the resurrection ... There are miracles that cannot be explained, even by science, or logic. To accept them we just need faith... even faith as small as a mustard seed.
Christ's victory over death awakens thoughts and emotions, which is hard to describe. Jesus Christ is risen, He is alive! What does this mean for us today? Historical event, we know that had happened, or the belief that He is alive and is with us every day. Have we accepted the most precious gift - His sacrifice and eternal life? Do we humble ourselves before His majesty? Our desire should be to be humble. The humble person is one who realizes that there are more important things than himself, that there are things worth sacrificing for – words of life that we want the whole world to hear and accept: He lives! Humility is associated with greater love for others and a desire to understand them. This is the miracle that we would like to see more often. To show love, care, make gestures of understanding, to smile, to create beautiful things, and to glorify our Lord - Jesus Christ, who lives!
